How do I access my online banking as an existing user?

  1. Enter your online banking username (same as your previous online banking username) and select Continue. 

  2. Enter your online banking password (same as your previous online banking password) and select Sign In. 

  3. Complete two-factor authentication if necessary. 

    1. In the Code field, enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile device. 

      1. Tip: you can select Resend or try another way on the Enter verification code screen to send another verification code to your device.  

    2. Select Remember this computer to skip verification code entry on this browser and device at the login 

    3. Select Verify. 

  4. The Dashboard screen for online banking appears.
